Very weird experience, ordered online and paid online using my card... went to pick it up on time and food wasn't ready, I had to wait for them to get it ready which was fine not worried about that. The cashier says "we've been getting a lot of spams, what's in your order?" Told her my name, she's like no I need to know your order number or what's in your order. I ordered using a pc at work. Had to remember what I ordered and list them one by one for her to hand me the bag afterwards. It was absolutely ridiculous, especially when there's a line of 10 people behind me listening to the convo!! Got to work and one of the entrees isn't what I ordered and I don't eat steak only chicken. Just weird.
Food was fresh the chicken teriyaki was delicious and service was great. Bathroom and floor in restaurant very clean.
Pandemic protocol wasn't immediately understood, but we worked it out.
Great Chinese that is consistently tasty and no MSG. It's rare I can find Chinese that agrees with my sensitive stomach. So glad this chain has reinvented itself away from food court only fare.

Place is clean I will give them that. Staff not so friendly. Ordered the Shanghai steak with the $1.25 up charge but received mainly mushroom and green beans. When I confront the lady making the plates, she said “ I’ll just give you more!” When I said thank you she turned her back and started speaking in another language. I just wanted the steak that I paid for.
It's great for what it is - fast Asian food. I'll always prefer family owned Chinese/Asian restaurants but Panda Express is not bad. This one in particular has fantastic and friendly service
Okay place. Dirty tables an floor but ask to have the table cleaned and they did that.but okay otherwise.
One person running the food line and register by themself during the lunch rush on a weekday. Get a better manager.
Very disappointed. Panda Express has been one of my favorite fast food chains for more than a decade now. This location disappointed me. Mushroom chicken didn't have flavor, beans in sting beans chicken were overcooked. Rice and chowmein were too blend. The quantity also seemed to be less than some other locations. Hopefully I won't be having a similar experience next time.
The point of ordering online pickup is so that I don't have to wait in line.
The people were nice, but they did not understand English as well as I thought they should have. They did not have real sugar and the broccoli needed to be steamed a little longer, but the majority of the dishes were pretty good. It would not be my first choice for restaurants, but if I was hungry and near that location I would eat there again.

Finally had a chance to try this location even though I have passed it several times over the years. Pleasantly surprised by the freshness, or maybe it was just great timing slightly after lunch. Very satisfied with the food we received and would get the teriyaki chicken here again.
Was the only person in line, didn't get acknowledged for about 5 minutes they just told me to wait. Some others came and stood in line behind me and asked what was going on I just decided to leave and the customers followed me cause it didn’t seem like the line was moving at all.
Tasty food, good portions, large variety of entrees. Brown, white and fried rice. 2 entree meal with rice and medium drink ~,$10.
This location is the worst representation of the company. I love Panda Express food, however the employee's at this location are absolutely horrible to their customers. I had an employee who used profanity, told me I was in a bad mood and he could get away with speaking to me that way because he knew he couldn't get fired for treating me the way he did. I waited for 10 minutes for chow min noodles after seeing several customers get their orders I simply asked when would mine be available since I had been waiting and then I was cursed at by a shift lead named James and ganged up on by another two associates. I was in tears when i left.
The food is great, they are always quick, they are doing their best with how the way things are being operated. My go to for Chinese food. They take social distancing more serious than other places and I’m glad they do. Don’t be that person, if you come here please wear your damn mask.
I honestly liked this panda at one point but now whoever works there and is managing the establishment does not do a good job. I ordered a bigger plate with 3 different entrees and i got 3 entrees of all the same thing which was orange chicken and i never even wanted one entree of orange chicken let alone the whole meal.This has to have been done by the kitchen staffs lazyness and poor management. The kitchen staff probably just has boatloads of orange chicken as i see every time ive been in panda and they probably messed my order up out of laziness not even an actual accident. I only make this speculation because ive seen the boatloads of orange chicken they make over the other entrees many times. Jesus just do your job and cook what youre supposed to be cooking and dont just dump orange chicken in everything. Super sad
I like Panda Express because they constantly prepare fresh food whole you wait. My favorite items are the teriyaki chicken and the honey walnut shrimp with stir fried vegetables & noodles. 😋 Yummy!
Really unpleasant and rude employee. There was this lady that was taking the orders outside. As I ordered she said that it would be $20 and I heard $28 so I repeated back $28? And she said “no i said $20 can you not hear!” She rolled her eyes as she said that. And I’m not usually the one to post unpleasant reviews, but as she brought the food out I put down my wallet to grab the receipt and she dropped the food on the table and left. No customer service bone what so ever. The food is basic Panda Express food. Not going to this location again.
Beat fast food...I think the either use a weed eater. Or a battle axe to cut there chicken however.
The employees are a disaster, the ladies are horrible as far as treating or serving the customers! Whoever is managing that place must make some changes. The food is good.

Had teriyaki chicken delivered. Also ordered 3 extra sides of teriyaki sauce. When it arrived, the teriyaki chicken had NO SAUCE on it and they sent extra sweet and sour instead. The egg rolls we ordered were old and partially burnt. My husband called them to tell them we didn't get any teriyaki sauce for his teriyaki chicken and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She said, "They are too busy to deliver teriyaki sauce right now." Then she proceeded to tell him to have a nice day. They certainly weren't "too busy" to take our money and not give us what we paid for! Horrible customer service. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere as we will be.
Went about 8pm on a night they close at 10, food was old and had been sitting. Some was burnt. Got noodles, crab rangoon, sweet and sour and kung pow. Sweet and sour was the only good item.
Do not order delivery from this place. I ordered teriyaki chicken with extra sauce. They sent no sauce. When I called she said they do not have time to deliver it. Terrible customer service, why offer delivery if you cannot follow through?
I went in and bought food and it was very busy. The girl that helped me was rude. She had glasses and black hair. I asked for 2 large chow meins. I'm assuming she didn't understand me, and noticed that she rolled her eyes and started mumbling to herself and to her coworkers. There is a lot of miscommunication. I understand that they were probably busy and were in a hurry getting other orders, but I don't appreciate that attitude. However, I thank you for other workers who helped me get my order.
Food is good. It'd be nice to have more meat than rice. And if your ice maker is not working, send someone to get some ice. Again, if your ice maker is not working, send someone to get some ice.

I ordered this Shanghai Angus steak and Kung pow chicken. I loved my Shanghai dish, spice and veggies and the peanuts of the Kung Pow chicken wonderful but the chicken had to much gristle and fat! I had to spit out chicken pieces.Not very friendly staff! I was very happy to see the place was clean. DON’T think I would go back.

Typical americanized chinese food. The mushroom chicken was delicious.
The Honey walnut shrimp is a must! The staff is always courteous and the food is always great. The noodles out perform the rice any day of the week too! Sometimes you have to wait for fresh food to come out, but the staff is super nice and will let you stand to the side and get first dibs when it comes out.
Tasty food, one employee super nice, another one couldnt be bothered by customers, seating though is long overdue for wipe down. No customer should have to pass by 10 dirty tables to find 1 that's cleaned.
It's tasty and you get a lot for your money, what's not to love?
We were able to order and get our food quickly. Food was good. The only downside was, even though we ordered the same sized meals, I got notably less lo mein noodles than my daughter got rice.

I went there in the late afternoon on March 7th 2020. Apparently, the manager that was on duty around 5:52 p.m., will not believe you, if you are black, if you tell her that they were missing an item. Unless you are Caucasian, Hispanic, and a non-black race, she is not going to take your word. And if you choose to want a refund, after you feel offended by her condescending and demeaning attitude, she will not hesitate to give you one without being concerned about a person not being satisfied with the service.

Panda Express in Manchester is okay but can't say the best, there's one on Big Ben what's so delicious on Maplewood, it feels you up stays good smells good Yummy Panda Express...
Just got some noodles with a 5 inch dark brown hair cooked into them and nobody picks up the phone
Expensive for small portions. Chow mein has way to much cabbage. This place used to be very good. Not so much now.
